111 villas with full kitchens and marsh views on Shelter Cove Marina
Villas & Accommodations
The 111 air-conditioned villas include full kitchens with appliances and gas fireplaces. Each villa has a washer, dryer, and a safe for guest use. Balconies overlook the Broad Creek marsh, with frequent dolphin and bird sightings.
Amenities
Two heated outdoor pools are available: a main pool with barbecue grills and a separate Serenity Pool. Tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts are on-site for guest use. Bicycle rentals can be arranged through the resort.
Transportation
The resort is situated on Shelter Cove Marina, within walking distance of waterfront dining and shops. A complimentary shuttle transports guests to the Shelter Cove Towne Centre, the beach at Palmetto Dunes, and other island destinations. Hilton Head Island Beach and Harbour Town Lighthouse are a short drive or bike ride away.
Leisure
Daily organized activities include Bingo, nature presentations such as the Spanish moss talk, and social events like the Tuesday Bloody Mary and Thursday wine hour. Community barbecue grills and a fire pit encourage family cookouts. Seasonal fireworks displays over Broad Creek are visible from the property, with a barge that hosts the island's fireworks show.
Leisure
The fitness center is equipped with Life Fitness cardio and strength-training equipment. A sundeck with lounge chairs provides a quiet space for relaxation. A gazebo overlooking the marsh and a hot tub by the main pool offer additional relaxation areas.

“During an off-season stay, the courteous staff and well-appointed ground-floor villas overlooking Shelter Cove, complete with fireplaces, made for a truly restorative visit. I found it to be a remarkably clean, quiet, and accommodating resort, especially appreciating the shuttle service to the beach and the option of the more secluded Serenity Pool. The thoughtful amenities, like on-site bike rentals and proximity to the estuary, contributed to a relaxed atmosphere, even extending to the practicality of having a full kitchen and laundry facilities.”
